78,000 Sq. Ft. Commercial Warehouse and Office Painting

A large-scale commercial painting project completed across expansive warehouse areas, open ceilings and detailed office spaces.

This project covered approximately 78,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, making it one of the largest commercial painting projects completed by the team. The work included expansive open areas, high ceilings, exposed structural elements, block walls and more detailed office sections, all requiring careful planning and coordinated execution.

The warehouse areas received a clean, consistent finish across the walls, ceilings, beams and exposed building components. The lighter colour palette helped brighten the large interior, improve visual uniformity and create a more polished environment throughout the facility.

Precision and efficiency were essential from start to finish, particularly when working around ductwork, lighting, windows, equipment and active building features. The completed project delivers a cohesive, professional appearance across both the industrial and office areas while reflecting the scale and complexity of the space.

Project scope: Commercial painting across approximately 78,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space
